This is my project #2.

The 4+ features new features I have added include:

- Automatic Time Clock (Day night shifts every 10 seconds or so

- Button Resetting the time to night

- Toggle to turn on Snowman Hat

- Weather (Snow, Fog + Rain)

- Slider to adjust amount of rain, snow and fog
